They are very disruptve. It gves students another thing to take their attenton away from the lesson. &amp;nbsp;don't think that they need the cell phone in school. &lt;br&gt;However, I believe that students should have ther cell phones on them, with the power off during the school day. There are so many instances of attempted kidnappings, perverts, etc. &amp;nbsp;that a student may need to be able to contact someone in an emergency situation, both on the way to school and on the way home from school. Cell phones should be powered down and left in lockers during school hours.</description></item></channel></rss>
