Having watched “Where in the World is Matt Lauer” over that last four or five years, I was already a big fan of Matt’s experiences around the globe before joining TODAY. Now, I was given the opportunity

Matt has the easy job; Tiki just swims with sharks

Great move signing Tiki on to the show. I grew up with The Today Show, and now am glued to it being a disabled homeless Katrina Survivor living on a military base in Baltimore. Anyway, I watched the Barber brothers play college ball, and thoroughly enjoyed them in their professional careers. However, their greatest contribution to us has been their series of children's books. My grandchildren absolutely love all of them. My son begs me not to buy them anymore since my grandson cries to read "Game Day" every night. Today should do a special, or some sort of thing to promote reading by having both Barber brothers on air reading their own books. How about getting them on Sesame Street? And, Tiki looks sooooo good in clothes! Put him on air more. Let Matt take a vacation......

Matt has the easy job; Tiki just swims with sharks

Hi - I know this sounds really funny - but any idea what kind of sunglasses Matt Lauer is wearing? If I have to hear from my husband one more time those are the kind of sunglasses I want as he point's to Matt in the morning I am going to go nuts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Matt has the easy job; Tiki just swims with sharks

I too think Tiki is a great addition to the show. Even though I am a die hard New England fan I always admired the class act that was Tiki Barber on the field. When all that negative press started because he retired to early - Rick Reilly of SI wrote a great article defending him. I know he will be a terrific addition to the TODAY show family.

Matt has the easy job; Tiki just swims with sharks

MY SON WAS SO GLAD HE WAS SICK FROM SCHOOL TODAY AND GOT TO SEE TIKI SWIM WITH THE SHARKS!!!!! He will make a great additon to your team. I have been a life-long Giant fan and followed his career; he has always been a man of honor and a possesses a quality of character clearly missing from many of today's heros. He is a real role model people can look up to and benefit from in their lives. Again, congratulations on bringing him on board.

Matt has the easy job; Tiki just swims with sharks

I have enjoyed "Where in the World is Matt Lauer" all week. Cape Town is so beautiful. Soon to be bride, am looking for honeymoon spots, Cape Town seems to be perfect. Thank you Matt and Tiki for introducing me to such a lovely place. I love the TODAY SHOW! By the way, what type of glasses is Matt wearing?

Matt has the easy job; Tiki just swims with sharks

I certainly hope you brought Tiki, more than 1 pair of underwear, and also some additional clothing to change into after facing a well feed shark, I enjoyed the video.

Now that he is comfortable with sharks, can either he or Matt do a segment on Orca's, they are beautiful aminals.

Matt has the easy job; Tiki just swims with sharks

I am a south african in Philly ...i loved te show, but now now does not mean right now it means in a little while.

Matt has the easy job; Tiki just swims with sharks

See, Tiki, the great whites aren't that bad! We just returned from a wonderful two weeks in South Africa and thoroughly enjoyed all that Cape Town had to offer, as well as the shark diving with Brian McFarlane and his excellent team. Being in that cage is incredible! Great job,Today Show, with this year's "Where in World" and in adding Tiki Barber to your team.

Matt has the easy job; Tiki just swims with sharks

Tiki, you are a class act. Only wished you had played for the Seahawks, although Shaun Alexander is another class act. Good luck on Today, but Fox news wants you too.
