Crystal, MN I don't get to see your show as I am at work. But I have not only visited Ireland but I also lived there for 16 months. It is truely a great country to live in. Expensive but wonderful none the less. Did you know that Ireland was the ONLY country in the world to have a National Day of Mourning for the 9/11 victims? Even the US did not have such a day. For a country that small to close everything down for one Friday, even the pubs. I lived in a little town calld Clonakilty about 36 miles from Cork. My future wife lives there now. My father was born there and my mother's parents where born there as well. They came to Boston in 1928, my dad was 5. I believe County Cork, but the cladah (sp) ring, since you are all getting one, if you are taken to you where the heart towards you, if you are single, you where the heart away from your heart, from what I hear from my relatives, that was the wedding ring, now a symbol that problem here in the USA we made up, but just a thought, I loved seeing Ireland, and hope my brothers and sisters and I can go back to where we started.
