If we could create an over view consultancy agency which would re-qualify Existing Home Buyers of existing personal residence on their mortgage's to allow them to stay where they now house their families at a reduced mortgage payment, without a reduction on the Principle Balance, allowing the market to rebound at a later time. And if this idea would help lesson the exodus of the American Families from their Home's and therein help stabilize the market. Then the lenders wouldn't have to take the properties back through foreclosure and eventually the lenders would be paid off. Most lenders would have to have an offset for the loss of income from the existing loan payments, this is where we become creative. We need to offer the lenders an INVESTMENT TAX CREDIT of some sort, to help ease the loss of income during the reduction of payment period. This in my opinion would help stop the down turn in our economy and therefore restart some needed housing projects throughout our GREAT COUNTRY. In addition this type of Mortgage Paper would have value to any TAX PAYER looking for tax deductions. If you need additional input I'll be available. Examlpe: Homeowner's "A & B" were qualified and bought a personal residence in 2005 worth $350,000.00 with monthly payments of $2,980.00 per month P.I.T.I. included. Then in 2007 Homeowner "A" is laid off from a construction company and shortly thereafter the Homeowners are unable to make their house payments but certainly want to stay in their home. Homeowner's "A & B" seek the help of a qualified consultancy agency, recognized by the Homeowner's mortgage company to assist in a re-evaluation of the Homeowners ability to make a lower house payment and only until Homeowner's are capable of making their full monthly house payment as previously agreed. Mortgage Companies will not be required to reduce the Principle Balance, but would agree to accept a lower interest payment during the recovery period. For accepting a lower interest payment during the recovery period, the Federal Government and possibly the State Government would allow an INVESTMENT TAX CREDIT for a percentage of the forgiven interest payment, this would soften the loss of expected revenue and hopefully stabilize our housing market and bring added value to the Mortgage Notes. Respectfully Joseph A. Mary here is your "News Flash" NBC is NOT fair and balanced. NBC, CBS, MSNBC, ABC, CNN ARE Liberal Idiots that have no clue about fair and balanced. They all have their head so far up Barack Hussein Obama's ass they have no judgement and are going after the people who speak out against the democrats (liberals and Queers who want to be called gay) They will all burn in Hell together as liars, cheats and Queers ( God made Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve ) and I hope all their children grow up to be queers ( probably will ). As we know, we can only grow to be what our example in life teaches us. This Great Country was built by men with God, Guns and Guts and that gave us the Glory and put the Fear and respect in the rest of the World. When the Terroist are knocking on the doors of the Liberals and Queers, then they will be calling on those with Guns and Guts to save their ass. To those I say don't call me unless you need a spectator to watch the Terroist kick your ass or blow up your family. My reply will be "go out and talk to the Terroist, Im sure they will negotiate with their liberal queer ass ). But then again this could be a positive way to get rid of their stupid ass ways. She consistently belittles those who hold opinions that differ from hers. She is not a medical professional who is iterested in conversation with others; she only wants to be sure her position is put forth and dominates a conversation. I cannot bear such a personality being put forth as the spokesperson for this television program and I will not tolerate her again. I feel she owes Matt a public apology for interrupting him and not allowing him to finish what he was saying. Let me remind you that he is a American with a black father who was not involved with his up-bring. He was raised by his white mother and Grandmother. Lets make history today and stop reminding Americans of Color. Obama was elected by majority of whites as well as black, all being Americans. I am a white voter who voted for Obama because of his values and fresh ideals and the enthusiasm he brings. I only hope he is judged as a American and not for his color. Why must we keep talking about the issue of color?

Centenarians share enlightening encounters with Edison

I don't have time to try and find the appropriate place to write this so I am just going to write here......I am sick and tired of hearing about our first African American President. He is our president...drop the rest...it's irritating. Actually he is a biracial or interracial so either say it correctly or drop it. He ran as an african american because it gained him votes. I did not ote for him but race had nothing to do with it...I wasn't actually impressed with toe McCain package but I picked the lesser of two evils...not sure evils is the word I want to use but you get my drift. I am whit and some of my best friends in high school and college were "african americans" my roommate in college was "interracial" Indian/Black and she was very light skinned and would of been mistaken for possibly being mexican....she grew up in a community where she said the other black kids really didn't want her to be a part of their group because she wasn't dark enough. Back to my point....Obama is just as much white as he is black so either call him the President or the biracial President.......call it what it is. It's things like this that keep racism stirred up. All you high powered, well educated, important, financially well off people keep racism stirred up way more than the rest of us who live in this country. You all need to get over it.......seems to me alot of us little people have been over it for a long time. Had to vent....I vented. Thanks.

Centenarians share enlightening encounters with Edison

I am a 50 year old working American woman and I can't believe you continue to hound the McCain/Palin campaign. I turn on the Today Show and almost the first story is about Sarah Palin's wardrobe, shame on you NBC Today, Get Over IT! President Elect Obama wants change and even though I didn't vote for him I will stand behind him and hope and pray for a better America and I hope to see the networks concentrate on issues worth talking about not the gossip we expect from Hollywood tabloids.

Centenarians share enlightening encounters with Edison

All I ask is that the media stop covering Governor Palin. Let her go away and just focus on Alaska and hopefully she will pick-up a book and read it. Let her fade into obscurity.

What is more disturbing about those few that can't see past race is if the tables were turned and if the candidate for VP was African-American with just one degree; a Bachelors in Journalism no less, and had a "typical" pregnant teenage daughter, and could not coherently answer questions what would the dialogue have been then? Honestly when McCain (and shame on him) selected Palin they should have given her a test on basic world affairs. Although I am a news enthusiast and I do read as well view online and via television, I could have answered Charles Gibson's questions much better than Palin. Forget Katie Couric's interview, those questions were so easy it was ridiculous. The "estblishment" should not have needed to stuff her with facts, she should have come to the table with basic knowledge. McCain failed with his selection and his judgement was beyond repair. Tim Pawlenty or Mitt Romney would have really made the overall outcome tighter although I believe that Obama is THE BEST person for this time; on both domestic and international fronts.

So for all of the hatas out there get over yourselves. Obama has 2 degrees from two of the best schools in the world! In addition Biden has atleast 2 himself. This ticket was the best educated and the best informed! Let's not forget that.

Centenarians share enlightening encounters with Edison

This is off topic and I couldn't find anywhere else to ask. Why has there been no mention of Obama's grandmother's funeral? Every day I expect to hear of him and his family traveling to Hawaii for her funeral. I've heard no mention of her since her death. Has he forgotten her already?

Centenarians share enlightening encounters with Edison

you r gay

Centenarians share enlightening encounters with Edison

My son was in Iceland last year and he swam in some kind of hot spring.
