He's one of the world's most famous people: a two-time heavyweight champion, celebrity pitchman/griller, and all-around cheerful guy, George Foreman.
He stopped by the show this morning to discuss fatherhood, along with author Tom Sturges and Roland Warren, the president of the National Fatherhood Initiative. WATCH VIDEO
Foreman also took the time to sit down with me for a Q&A, discussing subjects ranging from his most memorable Father's Day, his favorite food, and the highlight of his boxing career.
DF: Today you're here to talk about Father's Day and your book, Fatherhood...you've got five sons named George. Do you have nicknames for them? When you're addressing "George," how do they know which one you're talking to?

Michael Johns was famously voted off "American Idol," much to the chagrin of, well, everyone, it seems.
The Australian-turned-Atlantan was a fan favorite and seemingly a frontrunner until his untimely demise last Thursday.
He stopped by the plaza today to chat with Matt, Meredith and Natalie. WATCH VIDEO
We'll have a vlog post here on allDAY soon, but in case you can't get enough of Michael Johns, I had a quick chat with him after his appearance on the plaza. Let’s face it. It’s tough to feel bad for those in the entertainment business who are raking in millions per picture, even when they lose a little privacy. A fair trade for the price of fame isn’t it? I recently accompanied Ann Curry down to New Orleans to produce a live and a taped interview with Brad Pitt regarding his new effort to rebuild the 9th Ward of New Orleans (Right: That’s me in the blue shirt ... hey look I’m famous) Ann asked Brad about this very subject:
Ann: Given how much fame takes away from you -- I know you don’t like to complain about that -- but fame comes at a personal cost ...
Brad: It’s a trade off you know it’s...fame is a price on your privacy but then there’s also other great benefits and this is one of them.
Ann: So in some way if this works does it make all the price you’ve paid in terms of your personal cost worth it?
Brad: It’s worth it now, listen if I don’t like it I’ll get out...it’s all worth it now but yeah this will work it’s all just a question of scale that’s all.

Without offending anyone, I have to ask the question: can anyone under 40 name five songs by Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons?
If you answer no, then I hope you were able to see the profile we ran on the show this morning. WATCH VIDEO

While those aren't songs that I was spinning on my record player at age 12, they are special to me just the same. It's been said that music at its best touches the soul, and for me, this music does because it brings back some of my sweetest childhood memories.
