Hair history: From Hoda's pigtails to Kathie Lee's perm

This morning, Kathie Lee and Hoda took a look at the evolution of their tresses through the years. As expected, there are both hair hits and mane misses (hey, the '80s took many fashion victims). What do you think? Which styles do you like best?

Nia Long is a lovely guest and her hairdo is attractive and age-appropriate. Hoda has a great hair style for her, very up-to-date. Kathie Lee however, still looks like she has "mall" hair.  It needs to be cut shorter; definately needs a new look..makes her appear out-of-date, with or without the bangs!

I have really straight hair. I cut it off and got a perm. It was the thing to do. Now I just trying to let my hair grow back out.

Hoda's hair looks the best the way she wears it currently.  The color lightens her face and the style is very becoming.  She's very beautiful.

I like Kathie Lee's hair better in the photo #4.  It's more flattering and youthful.  Her hair now is too long and drags down her face making her look older.  She might also darken it one or two shades or put in some low lights as it seems too light and unnatural.  It makes her teeth look too white.  Kathie Lee is a very beautiful woman and should rethink her look.
