The building is the George Washington Masonic National Memorial in Alexandria, Virginia. I haven't yet figured out the anagram Matt mentioned in his segment. Nor do I know what the numbers mean yet, but I am guessing they have something to do with surveying. The 89 Palmetto is an Amtrak train that goes south from New York City. It's 7th stop (the number of hills in Rome) is Alexandria.

If "Contact for Heaven" is the anagram, the mystery artifact must be the Ark of the Covenant--but it's spelled "ARK", not "ARC". There's no 'k' in "Contact for Heaven."

Well if one spells Ark wrong--as Arc--the phrase Contact For Heaven--turns into the Ark of the Covenant. Did someone make a mistake? An arc is part of a circle--an ark is a vessel (or container).

The coordinates point to Penn Station in New York. 89 Palmetto is an Amtrak train that departs from Penn Station. Count seven stops from Penn Station (count the Hills of Rome) and you arrive at Alexandria Station which is practically in the front yard of the George Washington Masonic Memorial.
