in regards to the hint for the book the lost symbol, by dan brown the answer is the A*STAR in singapore. I belive it is anyway.
Natural History Museum

Could it be Scripps Institute?
At first, based on today's clue, I thought The location was the National Institutes of Health, in Bethesda, Maryland!  They have a HUGE archive of dead stuff..... human, and other..  There's a museum there to view, but a much LARGER collection...

BUT.. Now, based on the Maryland 458 sign above, I believe it's the Smithsonian Institution's Silver Hill Road annex facility..  It's an off-site annex of the Smithsonian museum, which houses a lot of stuff...  Before the new Udvar Hazy facility opened, it had a lot of Air and Space stuff, and I believe they're doing the restoration of the original Francis Scott inspiring flag there, but there is also a Natural History Museum  research facility there....

Check it out!

Or his home in Down England where he spent most of his time writing up papers and keeping specimens.  He was a revolutionary figure in the science world and most science engineers would be able to point to these two places.  But I think it would be Darwin's home in Down England and not in the US.
Is it the Pentagaon?
