My daughter(Tina),son-in-law (Kevin),grandson(Kyle) and his friend(Makayla)from Endwell NY are in this line today to see the Kings of Leon. They are big fans of this group. I sure hope they get close enough to have made the trip worth the effort. They left Endwell @ midnight Thurs.night. Good Luck Mayo family....

I wish I was one of those people lined up to see KOL! Instead I'm sitting here at work....at least I've got my DVR set to record. It's just not the same.

This musical grpup has more dormant talent than one can imagine: Example The lead singer ,when interviewed on Today speaks with a voice exactly like a reincarnated Andy Williams! (His country music tonality is still far removed from Andy's tones but if  he sang "Moon River" Wow!!)

I am in Maine and  waited all month for this concert. Then the local news was on for for most of the "Sex on Fire" song.  What's up with that??
A big concert and then it's cut short.

I'm sitting here in KOL hometown of Nashville working, I'm so jealous. I was 18 in 1973, so I've been fortunate to live some sweet music in my life, this band brings back great memories of great music.
Rock On KOL and will see you at home in Nashville August 16th.....
