How much do you think you can say in 140 characters or less?! Twitter has been an instrumental new tool in the world of social networking. Some people tweet on the latest news & happenings in Iran. Others ... simply to tell you they just finished their grilled cheese sandwich from last night.

Regardless of content, tweeting or twittering or whatever you choose to call these 140-character messages ... they're taking the news world by storm. Even our family here at TODAY has taken part in the twitterific fun! Let's take a look at what some of our TODAY tweeters have recently been up to...

So, that should give you a taste of the variety of TODAY tweets...which also prompted this Tuesday's "Getting to Know TODAY" question. Today, we ask the TODAY family: Which TODAY anchor do you think would garner the most followers on Twitter?

I follow Ann Curry because she expresses her own opinion in a calm, tactful way. I actually am sad when she says 'good night" but sometimes I admonish her by asking her(tho' she never sees as she doesn't follow me) "Why are you up so late? You need your sleep!" I know why she's up. Her mind never quits and it makes her good at her job.
