A very interesting mix of stories on the show this morning. From Matt's interview with a woman who attempted to assassinate President Ford to American Idol's Kris and Adam, here is a behind the scenes look via Al's twitpics.

Matt's interview with Sarah Jane was great.  The political climate at that time could sweep anyone up into the turmoil that was going on.
I hope the TRUE AMERICAN IDOL, ADAM Gets to perform solo.   AT&T IN ARKANSAS CORRUPTED THE VOTE.  I am not gay, nor am I in their age group but would only consider buying CD's and DVD's of the #1 American IDOL, ADAM!
Really powerful interview with Sarah Jane! I found it completely fascinating. I also appreciated how you gave her more time than most interviews. Matt did a perfect job and the lead up story was essential. More please! Nice work, Today show!
Give me a break!  Sarah Jane Moore was a grown woman capable of thinking for herself.  Out of all the people who were against the war in Vietnam, she was the only one who tried to kill Gerald Ford.  Trying to kill someone is more than "wrong" and a "mistake".  She served her time, but seems unrepentant.
I hate to say I am old enough to remember Sara Jane Moore and what happened.
I loved watching the American Idol winner and finalist this morning.  Adam Lambert was so gracious, and Kris Allen is a very humble human being.  They are both great singers and I hope that they have huge successful singing careers ahead of them.
I came across this photo look alike of Kris Allen and thought I would share this with the die hard viewers of the Today Show, whom choose to read the comments here.  http://howtofashiondesign.blogspot.com/

Enjoy!! You rock Kris!
