Meredith dishes on '30 Rock' cameo

Meredith is going prime time! The TODAY host has a cameo on "30 Rock" and the cast and crew of the show came by a couple of weeks ago to shoot the scene.

In it, Meredith plays herself, interviewing Tracy Morgan's not-so-bright character, Tracy Jordan.

"A lot of people are calling you a fear-monger, and I'm quoting here, 'an idiot,'" she says in the clip.

Meredith said she had a great time filming the shot, as did Matt when he appeared on "30 Rock" recently.

"I see Emmy!" Ann Curry laughed.

Will she be on next?

I remember when the decision was announced that Meredith Vieira would be the next co-host and I was estatic.  She is so vibrant and funny and makes the greatest side-kick for Matt.  She continues to light my fire on the Today show. Love you, Meredith.
